Well, this is it. Your final week on this training plan with me. By now you’ve built a strong foundation of training knowledge as well as strength to continue building from.
This week, you’re going to be using just 8 reps per set. This is the lowest rep range on the program, so crush every rep like it’s your last!
You will definitely feel this week the most, so be sure to take your RE-KAGED immediately after your workout and keep your nutrition consistent all day.
