I want you to weigh yourself and adjust accordingly. You’ll be doing 2 cardio sessions today as well, make sure you separate them at least 7 hours apart and try to do at least one of them outside. Doing at least one of your cardio sessions outside will help break up the monotony of doing long duration cardio in the same gym day in and day out and allow you to get some healthy restorative red light from the sun instead of the artificial bluer light in the gym.
For today’s tip, I’m going to talk to you all about pure citrulline, and how it can help support muscle pumps. Pure L-Citrulline helps with nitric oxide production that can help us get a skin splitting pump. You’re already getting citrulline in your PIP stack, but make sure you’re also getting in 8 grams per day on your non-training days as well. Increased nitric oxide production is important even on non-training days as you’ll want to support nutrient delivery through healthy blood flow to all your muscles as you recover.
