
Ghost Protein Cupcakes
BATTER INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs almond milk
FROSTING INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops of Vanilla Shake Kasein
- 1 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
- Food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Combine all of the batter ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a nonstick cupcake pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix frosting ingredients together thoroughly and let set in the fridge.
- Allow cupcakes to cool, then place frosting in a piping bag and frost the tops into a ghost shape.
- Add food coloring to the remaining frosting to add faces to your ghosts.
- Enjoy your spooky protein treat!
