
Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop of Cinnamon French Toast Whey Protein Isolate
- A splash of oat milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all of the above ingredients.
- Place a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a scoop of batter into the pan and cook your pancakes.
