
Pumpkin Protein Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/2 cup of frozen banana (thinly sliced)
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Shake Casein Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)
- 8 small ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all of the above ingredients.
- Blend until smooth
