INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Can of Pumpkin
- 3/4 Cups Egg Whites
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 2 Tablespoons Stevia Granules
- 3/4 Cup Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 1/4 Cup High Protein Natural Greek Yogurt
- 1 Dash of Salt
- 1 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat Oven to 300° F.
- In a bowl, mix the egg whites until fluffy.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Poor into a large glass tray.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes.
- Place in the fridge to set overnight.
